Color Reproduction Notice Our website product photos are actual photos of our products taken under various lighting. Despite attempts to try and portray product colors as accurately as possible, different computer monitors may display colors differently. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color renditions from monitor to monitor. We strongly suggest that you purchase samples of colors to determine color prior to purchasing full size products.
Credit Card Payments – We honor Paypal, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard, American Express and Checks (Product will not ship until your Check clears).THERE IS A $15.00 MINIMUM TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
Shipping – Most of our products are made when you order them, to ensure freshness and the longest possible shelf life. Custom Blends and Color Designs will take longer depending on the difficulty of the color. Please allow us 3-5 business days to prepare your regular order for shipment. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us. **Please allow extra time during holidays and sales events. **
Shipping Costs Are As Follows (USPS):USA Orders meeting the 4 lbs Flat Rate Limit- $5.50
International Orders meeting the 4 lbs Flat Rate Envelope Limit and it fits in the envelope- $13.00(This does not include insurance or tracking, therefore Makeup Junky is not responsible for replacing any items or packages that do not get to you unless you purchase extra insurance)

Returns –Customer satisfaction is always our first priority. If for some reason your Makeup Junky purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, by e-mail at mattie@makeup-junky.com , before shipping product back. We will be more than happy to replace the product or give you a credit towards another purchase. Please take advantage of our sampling program as there are NO REFUNDS ON COLOR SELECTION OR CUSTOM BLENDS & DESIGNS. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned items. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. Neither are they covered for returning any item for exchange or refund.
Privacy - Makeup Junky respects the privacy of visitors to our website. We do not collect personal information about our customers and do not sell the names or addresses or any personal information about our customers to third parties.
