Erica The Blonde
What can I say about Erica? Well, she is definately blonde and she and I shared many blonde moments while stationed together in Miami. It was always fun and exciting when I was around her. We still remain friends although Erica has now separated from the Army and is working in London. Erica, just because you deployed to Iraq as a civilian, doesn't mean you were deployed, but at least you got to see Cammo Netting and know what it looks like! Erica is living in London.

Kasual Kathy
I met Kathy while stationed in Germany. Kathy and I are two totally different people so it was a surprise to everyone when we became close friends. She was a very conservative person that was fine just staying home, I was a wild party girl! Let's just say I was responsible for a few changes in Kathy. The thing I learned from this experience is that you never know where you will find a good friend. Had I not approached Kathy due to her not being like me, I would have never found a great friend. I still stay in contact with Kathy and she has since separated from the Army and is now living in Colorado. She is originally from my home state of Texas!

Soldier Girl
I created this color after being in the Army and having a hard time trying to find the right color to go with my camouflaged uniform and still comply with the Army regulations. It is a fairly neutral color that is not overpowering. Many thanks to all the brave women out there who are serving or have served in the military to protect our freedom!

Exotic Aurelia
I also met Aurelia while working in cosmetics. When I met Aurelia, her husband was deployed to Iraq and I was able to talk to her about the Army life since she was new to it. Aurelia is such a strong woman and has great determination to learn and succeed. She also makes a great friend to have and always fun to be around. Her husband is safely home now and she is still living in Massachusetts, she is originally from the Dominican Republic and has a beautiful exotic look.

I met Kathleen briefly in Germany and then we ended up stationed in Miami together. She showed me around Miami and we became close friends. Kat has always been there for me and has always believed in me and supported me in all I have attempted. I still stay in contact with Kat and she will always be a special friend. Created for a wonderful woman that has been a big part of making my makeup line possible. She has taught me so much , more than I ever would have expected. She wanted a color the color of monkey bars, so here it is. I remember playing on monkey bars when I was a kid, but never imagined I would be creating a lip product in that color years later. I met Jen while stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. She opened up a little Drive-thru coffee stand that I visited daily. I went there so much that we became good friends and she finally put me to work for her (I got paid with coffee..the best paying job I have ever had!) Jen is a remarkable lady with alot of strength and determination. I admire her for all she has been through and continues to go through. I really miss our coffee days.

Makeup Junky Mattie
It was hard to create a color for myslef since I am such a makeup junkie and love all kinds of colors. I created this color to look like one of my favorite colors from another line. I liked the color from the other line but it left too much glitter all over your mouth once the lipstick color rubbed off. I added a bit more pink to the color since I love pink. A very pretty color that is a darker pink tone than your natural lip color with shimmer.

Ocean Drive
The inspiration behind this color came from my time stationed in Miami. Everything in Miami is so colorful and tropical and Ocean Drive is a very popular street in Miami (I spent many fun nights on this street) . I wanted to create a color that would capture the energetic Miami vibe!

Strawberry Pickin
This color came about after I went strawberry picking with my friend Lisa. I thought it was going to be so easy just going to pick strawberries, well, it was hard work, but fun. Towards the end of the day when I was hot, tired, and sweaty and was just about to finish up, I came across a section that had been overlooked. The strawberries were pretty small but they had beautiful color. Then there was the "One"! This strawberry had a unique color, it was red but had an irridescent plum look to it when the sun hit it, the color was so amazing that I knew I had to re-create that color. I created the color and added a bit of strawberry flavor oil and now have a color to remind me of my strawberry picking experience.

Judy is an Army wife. Her husband worked in the same company as my husband and he was also stationed with me in Miami although I did not know him at the time (small world). Judy is an amazing woman and very intelligent and creative. It was always fun to be around her. She is now living in Georgia since her husband was recently assigned there.

Lady Lydia
Lydia worked with me in the same cosmetic line until they moved her to another line. I chose the name Lady Lydia because when I think of a true lady, I think of Lydia. She is always looking so classy and carries herself well. She has a contagious positive personality and she makes you feel good when you are around her. I always looked forward to the days that I was able to work the same shift as Lydia. She believed in me and encouraged me when I set out to create my own makeup line.
